2 diffrent ways to get 3/4 of 16 is you divide 16 by 4. Which equals 4, then you times it by 3 to equal 12 and thats 3/4 of 16.A second way to get it is find half of it which equals 8 then half 8 equals 4 then 8 + 4 = 12
